Structural Investigations, Design and Reports
Appraisal of properties requiring specialist investigations undertaken to assess the cause of the structural damage whether recent or historic. Appropriate investigations to include drain and wall tie surveys, site investigations, laboratory soil testing and analysis. Upon completion, a detailed specification of remedial repairs including stabilisation can be compiled. A full Contract Administration service is offered from initial inspection through to completion of the works including all structural design elements, certification and liaising with the Local Authority Building Control.
Structural Damage, including Subsidence
Properties that have suffered recent or historic structural damage due to subsidence requiring specialist investigations and reports for submission to Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters, Building Surveyors and approved Building Contractors.
CAD Department
Our CAD department will be only too pleased to offer its services in order to produce your planning drawings and submit to the local authority for approval. Once plans are approved we also offer our services to produce construction issue drawings to accompany you Building Regulation application.
Soil Engineering
Our soil engineering department can design foundations specific for conditions encountered including for basic deep strip, pad and pile designs. They specialise in ground retaining structures and have recently completed a domestic project in Haslemere and a small dam in Sandhurst.
